I hope this is a helpful tool for tracking which students to focus on for positive recognition throughout the school year! Each month, I will be sharing a few fun ideas for students to spotlight with a Happy Mail Club postcard. This month's prompt ideas include:

• Focused Friend: write a card for a student who has been quiet and on-task during independent work time in class
• Courageous Communicator: write a card for a student who has shown bravery by raising their hand to answer a question in class that they may not have felt fully confident about
• Helping Hand: write a card for a student who you notice secretly helping others (holding the door open at lunch, picking up someone else's trash, etc)
